DELIVERY


Delivery in Ireland via An Post- Standard Post (delivery 5-7 days)

We will dispatch your package at your own risk, but we will take special care to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.


We ship all orders (placed by 12am) within the same day and orders placed after 12pm the following day.

If the order is placed over the weekend or bank holiday it will be dispatched the following working day.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.


Please note that in the high season time (Christmas, Black Friday etc.) delivery might take longer. 

The situation with Covid-19 /Lockdown may also delay your order. 

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGE



If your purchase is not quite what you're looking for, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to have your items sent back to us for an exchange or refund. If 14 days have gone, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Contact us by email at laperfectanailshop@gmail.com quoting your order number, name and address, and the details of the product.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Sale items cannot be refunded.

Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns and exchanges (subject to our discretion) of the following products:

  • manicure and pedicure tools & accessories
  • cosmetics including creams, body lotions, scrubs, oils etc.
  • Perishable goods like bases, tops, gels, gel polishes, nail polishes etc.



To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


If you are shipping an item over €50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to be sure that we will receive your returned item.

 


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at laperfectanailshop@gmail.com and send your item to:
